Aspyra welcomes all bookings received from our customers for the training courses and services that we provide.

For the booking of Aspyra’s training courses, it is vitally important that all delegates complete all sections of the Booking Form with the correct information, to ensure that we have all relevant information to enable us to process your booking effectively. When you submit your booking via the website, an automatic email will be generated to you to confirm receipt of the booking request.

A further email will be sent to you to confirm you have a place on the training course, or to advise you of any waiting list. This is usually sent within 3 working days of the initial booking request. If you have not received a confirmation email, please first check your Junk Mail and if it does not contain the confirmation email, please contact Aspyra Training on 0115 822 4792 or send an email to

Please note that all fees must be settled prior to the course date to ensure attendance. Aspyra Training reserves the right to re-allocate a candidate’s booking or to refuse entry where payment has not been received in advance. All bookings from outside the UK must be accompanied by a bank transfer. Cheques and banker’s drafts must be in sterling and should be made payable to the address provided. Aspyra will confirm all bookings upon receipt of payment.

Cancellations, Transfers and Refunds

In the unlikely event of a delegate not being able to attend a training course on the confirmed date, all cancellations must be made in writing 28 days prior to the start of the course. If a booking is canceled within 28 days, Aspyra will refund the full course fee. If a delegate fails to attend the course(s) without cancellation, the full course fee is payable. In the event that Aspyra Training has to cancel a course without the option of a rearranged date, a full refund will be given. Aspyra Training accepts no responsibility for any travel arrangements or costs due to cancellation.

Substitutions of delegates may be made in writing at any time. Booking transfer is only available in circumstances of illness. If a delegate is unable to attend a course due to illness, and this falls outside the scope of the 28 day period,  a once-only transfer to a future date will be offered and an administration charge of 25% of the original fee will also be applied. If that transfer is then canceled at any time, the course fee remains payable and no other transfers will be permitted. If for any reason, a delegate is unable to attend the rescheduled course due to illness, a doctor’s note must be supplied and considerations may be given to refund the cost of the course for cancellations made within the 28 day period.

There may be occasions when changes in the course content, facilitators, timing and location have to be made for reasons outside our control. Aspyra Training accepts no responsibility for the opinions of facilitators or any other persons expressed on the training courses.

Starting with Aspyra’s Website

Aspyra’s website is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with a range of training and consultancy services to meet the needs of our existing customers and potential customers. We hope you will find the website convenient, quick and easy to use and that you will be guided through a safe and secure online shopping experience that meet your needs as we value your security and privacy which we believe are extremely important.

You might find the following features useful as they will help you to navigate your way around the website easily and enjoy your shopping experience:

Home page link: If you click on Aspyra’s logo, at the top left hand corner of the website, it will take you to our home page at any time.

Navigation bar: At the top of the screen, directly under Aspyra’s logo, you will see a number of menus containing the types of courses and services that we provide. If you hover over each menu, you will see a list containing the types courses under each category. If you click on one of the course title, you will go to a new page containing the information regarding the level of courses under each course type. You can then click on the level of course, (e.g. Microsoft Word 2013 Beginner) you wish to view. At the top left of each course logo, there is a drop down filter that you can click on, which will allow you to sort the courses in categories of position, name or price.

When you are ready to buy a course, click on the course of your choice and you will then see the selection drop down that allow you to:

  • select the course date
  • select the number of delegates then 
  • click on add to cart

Your basket will show the number of items you have selected. At the far right of the screen, and a quarter of the way down the page, you will see the link for your basket. Hover the cursor above the “Your basket” link, and you will see the items you have selected in your basket. You can change quantities or remove items in that viewing if click on the VIEW CART link below the subtotal.

 Payment Options

Aspyra offers different ways for you to pay for your order, which include:

  • PayPal, Visa (credit and debit) MasterCard, American Express and Maestro;
  • via invoice if you click on “Check/Money Order”.

 We do not store credit card details nor do we share financial details with any 3rd parties.

  Please note that upon receipt of your order for “Check/Money Order” payment option, we will send you an invoice within 3 days of receipt of your order which will enable you to pay by bank transfer or cheque.

 Once you have found the items you wish to buy and have added them to your basket, you can then proceed to the checkout by clicking on the “CHECKOUT” link at bottom of your Shopping Cart

You will be asked to provide your email address and a password so that you can access your account at later date.

If you are already registered with Aspyra online you can simply enter your email address and password and you will be able to continue with the placing of your order and access your account.

Please note that when you choose to pay by a Credit/Debit Card, you will be asked to provide your payment card details, so please have your card ready to enable you to complete this process.

At checkout, you can review and amend the details of your order on the Order Summary page.

When you are ready to complete your order, click the ‘PLACE ORDER’ button and wait for an online receipt. We will also send you an email, confirming the details of your order shortly after we have received the order.

If you do not receive your confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, please look in your ‘Junk Items’ box and if the email is not there, please call Aspyra on 0115 822 4792 or send an email to to notify us of your order details and the absence of email confirmation.

If you create an account with Aspyra, Sign in/register: click on the Sign In or Register button to create an account when prompted at checkout, you can also view and amend your order details, by signing in when you visit the website. You can also create a Wish List, which you will find useful for bookmarking training courses or other services that you are not yet ready to buy.

Making Changes to Your Account Information: If you wish to update or change your online account information which may include your password, telephone number, communication preferences or email please go to your account page. Enter your email address and password, and you will be able to change your original details.

From time to time we may run Special Offers, Please note that Aspyra’s special offers do not include prices that are already reduced and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

We will do our utmost to sort out your complaint while you are on the phone or within 3 days of receipt of your email or letter and if we are unable to do so, we will agree with you on a course of action.
