This course introduces delegates to the basic commands, functions and capabilities of Microsoft PowerPoint 2007. The training is designed for individuals who are new to creating presentations and wish to use PowerPoint to present information. Delegates will develop sufficient skills and knowledge to enable them to create real-world presentations. As a direct delivery course, packed with exercises, we will engage delegates in activities associated with adding themes, running a slide show, printing and publishing presentations, while creating and developing presentations to capture the attention of your audience. Upon completion of this you will develop your skills and knowledge in the following:
- Working with the basic features of PowerPoint 2007
- Working with Presentations
- Creating new Presentations
- Add slides with different layouts
- Insert and modify clip art in your presentation
- Draw and work with shapes
- Create and work with SmartArt
- Navigate a slide show in PowerPoint

This course assumes that you have little or no knowledge or experience of using the Microsoft PowerPoint 2007 software. A general understanding of personal computers and the Windows operating system environment would be beneficial.
