This ICDL ICDL course will enable learners to enhance their competence in using Word Processing software, Excel spreadsheet, PowerPoint Presentations. This hands-on remote/direct delivery course is interactive and packed with exercises, enabling delegates to apply what they have learnt in the workplace and in preparation for the ICDL Extra exam.

The International Certification of Digital Literacy (ICDL) is the internationally recognised qualification for computer users. ICDL Extra enhances learners’ understanding of computers and promotes the efficient and effective use of computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations. ICDL Extra prepares learners to take the level 2 qualification. The aim of the qualification is to recognise the application of a range of computer skills and knowledge in meeting the demands of the workplace. Upon completion of the course delegates will develop their knowledge, skills and understanding in performing tasks associated with the following 4 units:

Spreadsheet Software
Presentation Software
Improving Productivity Using IT
